Today is the first day of the next 1001 days! I'm going to try to do the no fast food for 30 days, and exercise for 30 days. I am at work today, and usually the guy that works with me will buy lunch for both of us... but today I brought my lunch. This is the hard part for me. I hate to turn down free food!
I've also been cutting down on my caffeine intake - no coffee all week, and just a few soft drinks. I'm going to try to cut that out too. August will be a no frills month, leading up to a baby shower and birthday party in September!
